By accessing our website at aifloq.com, submitting a contact form, or engaging AiFloq for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access or use AiFloq's services. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

AiFloq provides digital agency services including but not limited to:

• AI Automation: Custom workflow automation (n8n, Make.com), AI chatbots and agents, email automation, CRM integration, lead generation systems, and reporting dashboards
• Social Media Marketing: Social media management, content creation, paid advertising (Meta & Google), SEO, brand identity, and analytics reporting
• Website Design: Landing pages, business websites, e-commerce stores, UI/UX design, website redesigns, and ongoing maintenance

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate project brief or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work commences. Services not explicitly included in the agreed scope are not covered by these terms.

To enable AiFloq to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, assets, and access credentials required for the project
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified)
• Ensure that any content, assets, or materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Designate a primary point of contact for project communication
• Make payments on time as per the agreed payment schedule

Delays caused by the client's failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in project timeline extensions and do not constitute a breach by AiFloq.

All fees for AiFloq's services are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work. The following payment terms apply:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any work begins
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final deliverables or access credentials are released
• Ongoing Services: Monthly retainer payments are due in advance at the beginning of each billing period
• Late Payments: Invoices unpaid within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause of work until payment is received
• Currency: Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are quoted and payable in USD

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Standard engagements include:

• Minor revisions: Text changes, colour adjustments, and small layout tweaks — included within the agreed revision rounds
• Major revisions: Significant redesigns, new features, or changes outside the original scope — quoted and billed separately
• Additional requests: Any work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and priced before commencement

AiFloq reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed project scope. We will always communicate clearly and offer a fair quote for additional work rather than refusing outright.

Upon receipt of full payment, AiFloq transfers ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for your project to you, the client. This includes:

• Custom website designs, code, and templates
• Original written content and copy created for your project
• Custom graphics, logos, and visual assets designed for you
• Automation workflows and configurations built specifically for your business

The following remain the intellectual property of AiFloq at all times:

• Proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and templates used as a base for projects
• AiFloq's own branding, logo, and website content
• General methodologies, processes, and technical knowledge

AiFloq reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes:

• Business strategies, processes, and financial information
• Access credentials, API keys, and technical infrastructure details
• Client data and customer information
• Any information explicitly marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the engagement and remains in effect indefinitely. AiFloq will never share, sell, or disclose your confidential business information to any third party without your explicit written consent.

AiFloq provides services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, lead volume, or ranking positions, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiFloq's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

AiFloq shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g. n8n outages, Meta ad platform changes)
• Damages resulting from client-provided incorrect or incomplete information
• Issues arising from changes to third-party APIs or platform policies outside our control

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. The following conditions apply:

• Client termination: You may cancel an ongoing project at any time. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed and is non-refundable. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• AiFloq termination: We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the client fails to make payment, engages in abusive or unreasonable behaviour, or requests work that violates our policies or applicable law.
• Monthly retainers: Either party may cancel a retainer with 14 days' written notice. The current billing period will be completed and is non-refundable.

Upon termination, AiFloq will deliver all completed work and return any client-provided assets or credentials within 5 business days.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. As AiFloq operates remotely and serves clients worldwide, both parties agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where AiFloq is registered.

AiFloq reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to active clients when material changes are made

Your continued use of AiFloq's services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
